A Virtual Launch Celebration of the 2020 UM - NOAA Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Studies featured top administrative officials 

In the opening speach for the Virtual Launch, Dr. Roni Avissar, Dean of the UM Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, welcomed the participants and introduced the guests and speakers from the top levels of the University, CIMAS, and NOAA administration, as well as a special guest, a Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
